I recently created this podcast for The Forest of Dean and Wye Valley. This episode resonated with my own passion for mindfulness and wellbeing in nature. I am a Soma Breath and White Tiger Qi Gong Instructor and have lived in the Forest of Dean since 2007 I also run minful photography workshops. Through my own qi gong practices and regular immersion in nature either walking, cycling, capturing the beauty with my camera or walking my dog I have a deep connection with nature. Over the years living in the Forest I had met various people who had their own storty about how nature had played a part in their own wellbeing journey. I decided to host the episode and interview the participants. This was an interesting project to create a story without visuals which is my usual way of working. I have had positive fedback, people have said that they felt relaxed and as if they had visited the forest. I hope you enjoy it.
