I met Manu Song in 2022 and the original plan was to make a video for Emergency on Planet Earth, however over the course of the discussions around concepts for the video i proposed a remix. Manu sent over the original recordings and I ended up doing 3 versions of the track, one featuring a sample of Greta Thurnberg, a vocal dub and an instrumental dub. Once the video for the original track was completed I began a remix of the video for my intsrumental dub. The whole process was a such a joy, to be welcomed into Manu's musical family and pretty much spend most of the 2 days shooting just laughing and experimenting with ideas. Manu and I are working on some new original material as a result of this collaboration. I love my life!!!
